Post 7: how can your major make the world a better place

I started to play violin because my mom thaught that it would make me more sociable, and she was right.

I was very shy when I was a child, I couldn't speak in public, and the music made me have more confidence in myself. Music also brought me together with other people, taught me respect, taught me teamwork, and taught me to listen.

Thanks to playing an instrument I was able to travel, to know different realities, and that taught me that not everyone has the same opportunities in life. That's why I decided to study music: to bring this world closer to people who don't have access to it, to meet people's sensitivity, and to delight listeners.

I also specialize in teaching methods for effective violin learning, and I hope I can pass this knowledge on to many people, and that it will be really meaningful for them since studying an instrument teaches you patience, perseverance, rigor, strengthens self-esteem, and connects you with your sensitivity.
